QA Engineer – Business Development (US Hours)

As QA Engineers in this role, you will play a crucial part in our business development efforts by conducting product demos during US hours. While you will primarily be responsible for QA-related tasks, you will also engage in business development activities to showcase our products to potential clients. Responsibilities:

1. Perform software testing, including functional, regression, and system testing, to ensure product quality and reliability.

2. Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases.

3. Execute test cases, identify, and document defects in a clear and concise manner.

4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to reproduce, investigate, and resolve reported issues.

5. Maintain a strong understanding of our products and be prepared to conduct product demos to potential clients during US hours.

6. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in preparing materials for business development activities.

8. Assist in creating compelling product presentations and sales collateral.

9. Participate in sales meetings and present product demos to showcase product features and functionalities.

10. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all product-related materials are accurate and up-to-date.

11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.

12. Support and assist the QA team with testing activities during non-demo hours.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a track record of delivering high-quality software products.

3. Impeccable English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

4. Demonstrated experience in conducting product demos or presenting technical information to clients or stakeholders is a strong plus.

5. Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.

6. Familiarity with QA tools and frameworks.

7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

9. Flexibility to work US hours to accommodate business development activities.

10. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

11. Previous experience in business development or sales is advantageous.
