Key Responsibilities :
- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Strong communication with stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, executive level stakeholders, developers and designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyses and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels
Required Skills and Experience:
- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe
- Creative Cloud, Sketch, Balsamiq, Invision, Figma and other design tools.
- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Should pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer creating a diverse range of designs with a strong portfolio demonstrating passion for designing clean, creative and quality UIs
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, adherence to deadlines, working independently on multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding aesthetic sense, creative thinking with attention to detail
- Comprehensive understanding of UI/UX designing processes with high proficiency in using design and editing software’s like Adobe Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Corel Draw , Figma etc along with presentation and video editing software’s is a plus.
- Strong clarity in principles of design, color theory, typography, graphics file creation optimized for digital media.
